The house's location at the top of the cliff meets protection standards, and takes advantage of the excellent views over the beach and the ocean, hiding less attractive adjacent perspectives.

The house, divided into three functional areas, is articulated through patios that extend to the outside, featuring pleasant areas. The double-height room has a mezzanine with two balconies that project to the outside.

Transition spaces, compatible with the experience of a holiday home, create environmentally controlled areas. Easy maintenance materials and security systems were used, with good execution and cost savings.
