Casa Canoa was a house from the 50s, with some geometric and decorative simplification, but with typological characteristics that remind us of the Portuguese House.

At the client's request, the exterior of the house was maintained and restored, with the exception of the rear façade, which had already undergone several alterations and additions.

The architectural rehabilitation completed in 2004 was carried out in order to differentiate the new from the existing one. A contemporary intervention was also made inside the oldest house, in order to respond to a current way of living.
