The current roof of the northwest volume was redesigned, proposing a roofing solution that took into account sustainability values and clean energy production for DHW.

Its execution without the use of mortar (dry roofing) will allow natural ventilation of the roof elements, eliminating water vapour, drying out the materials, and balancing the temperature and humidity inside, thus improving natural thermal comfort.

Solar panels will be installed on the south terrace.

Given the subtle integration of these elements into the architecture, we believe that the landscape features and heritage values present will not be compromised.

All the building's façades have been refurbished, using a coating with a ceramic membrane based on vacuum spheres, with the appearance of paint, to improve energy performance.
